Who We Are
This privacy policy applies to gradecalculator360.com and explains what information we collect, how it's used, and the choices you have. This website is operated as a set of free, browser-based grade calculators for students and teachers. If you have any questions about this privacy policy, you can contact us at contact@gradecalculator360.com.
How Our Calculators Work
All calculators on this site — including our final grade calculator, weighted grade calculator, and semester grade calculator — run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. The grades, weights, and other numbers you enter are never sent to our servers, stored, or seen by us — the calculation happens on your own device and disappears when you close or refresh the page. This is a core part of our approach to privacy: the personal academic data you enter into any calculator never leaves your browser in the first place.

Everything you type stays on your device — nothing is sent to us
Scope of This Privacy Policy
This privacy policy covers gradecalculator360.com only. It does not apply to any third-party sites we may link to, or to any other website you may reach by clicking an outbound link. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any external site before providing information there.
Cookies and Advertising
This site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party advertising networks. These companies may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may interest you.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies directly through your browser settings if you prefer not to accept them at all.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics or similar services to understand how visitors use this site — for example, which pages are visited and how long visitors stay. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Data Security
Because our calculators don't transmit or store the grades and weights you enter, there is no academic data of yours sitting on our servers to secure in the first place. For the limited technical data collected automatically by our hosting provider and advertising partners, we rely on those providers' own industry-standard security practices. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so while we aim to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for general audiences, including students who may be researching grade calculations for school. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our calculators do not require account creation, login, or the submission of any personal information to function, which is part of why this site can be used safely by students of any age without creating a privacy risk.
What Data We Collect
Aside from standard, non-identifying technical data collected automatically by our web host and advertising/analytics partners (such as browser type, approximate location, and pages visited), we do not collect personal information through this site. We do not have comment forms, user accounts, or contact forms that store submitted data at this time. If this changes in the future, this privacy policy will be updated to reflect exactly what is collected and why.
Your Rights (GDPR and CCPA)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. If you are a California resident, you may have similar rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its sale. Since this site does not collect personal data through its calculators and does not sell data, there is generally very little for us to act on — but you can still reach out to contact@gradecalculator360.com with any request, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Third-Party Links
Our related-tool links point to other pages on this same site. If we ever link to external resources, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately before sharing any information with them.
Your Rights Over Data We Do Hold
Since we do not collect or store personal data through the calculators themselves, there is generally no personal data of yours on file with us to access, export, or delete. If you believe we hold any personal data about you — for example, through an email you sent us — you may request its deletion by contacting us at contact@gradecalculator360.com.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time as our site or applicable laws change. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date at the top, so we'd encourage checking back periodically if you have concerns about how your data is handled.
Contact Us
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests related to this privacy policy or how GradeCalculator360 handles data, please reach out to us at contact@gradecalculator360.com and we'll respond as promptly as we can.
